Dubai has been my home since 1998, where I developed my business and real estate investments. I consider Dubai to be one of the most exciting, liquid and vibrant economies, one whose potential continues to augment exponentially.
While I have been personally investing in real estate since 2004, it was not until 2019 that I committed myself full time to advising individuals on this asset class. Since then I have advised hundreds of international private investors acquire real estate on both off plan and secondary markets. These clients to date remain loyal to me, something uncommon in the fast paced “hustle culture” of Dubai.
My Background
Before moving full-time to real estate investing and advising in 2019, my principle line of business has been distribution of agricultural and light construction equipment for notable brands like Honda, Yanmar, Koshin etc across GCC markets, turning over more than USD 50 Million per year. Prior to that I ran a textile business with distribution in USA, Europe and GCC countries to major retailers like Walmart, K-Mart, JC Penny, Lonsdale, Splash etc.

Outside the world of real estate, you may have heard whispers in the tennis circuit about someone they affectionately call 'Hyderer' — a playful nod to the legendary Roger Federer. That’s me.
My backhand is rumoured to be as mean as it is elegant, and I've had the privilege of showcasing my skills on courts spanning the globe, from Dubai to the USA, Europe and Asia.
I have won notable tournaments like the Dubai Sports Council Community League, Future Pro Tennis, Maximus Future Pro, CF Tennis Le Meridien, CF Tennis Academy in men’s singles.
